Balsamic Roasted Strawberry Crisp

  1. Toss strawberries with strawberry vinegar, sugar or honey, and vanilla. Spread into a small baking dish.
  2. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Scatter the oat topping evenly over the strawberries.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  5. Spoon warm crisp into bowls and top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
