Balsamic Roasted Strawberry Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 tbsp Bellindora Strawberry Vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
Directions
- Toss strawberries with strawberry vinegar, sugar or honey, and vanilla. Spread into a small baking dish.
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
- Scatter the oat topping evenly over the strawberries.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Spoon warm crisp into bowls and top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
