Strawberry Brie Flatbread

  1. Thinly slice strawberries, pear and fresh basil, and chop walnuts, set aside.
  2. In a small pot, bring balsamic vinegar and sugar to a light boil.  Stir frequently.
  3. Boil until the texture has a syrupy consistency then set aside and let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread brie cheese liberally onto the lavash bread.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove melted brie and lavash from oven and add the thinly sliced fruits, herbs, and walnuts.
  7. Drizzle balsamic reduction on top of the flatbread.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!
