Strawberry Brie Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) Brie Cheese Wedge
- ½ cup Bellindora Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 large sliced strawberries
- 1 cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 sheet lavash bread
- 1 chopped pear
Directions
- Thinly slice strawberries, pear and fresh basil, and chop walnuts, set aside.
- In a small pot, bring balsamic vinegar and sugar to a light boil. Stir frequently.
- Boil until the texture has a syrupy consistency then set aside and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Spread brie cheese liberally onto the lavash bread.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove melted brie and lavash from oven and add the thinly sliced fruits, herbs, and walnuts.
- Drizzle balsamic reduction on top of the flatbread.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
